This channel is all about walking!!
I love walking and make it a part of my daily routine: rain, hail or shine.
Walking has many benefits, such as helping you keep fit, reducing stress, boosting your Vitamin D intake, reconnecting with nature, breathing in fresh air, looking up at the sky and embracing the present moment!
That's why I call my daily walk be-walk-tation.
I walk around my local 'burb, beach or do a hike. I like listening to music (from my playlist for life) or a podcast, but sometimes it's just nice to listen to the sounds of the world
as I take each step.
When I am walking, I notice lots of things along the way that I truly find enjoyable. I will share some of these with you in my be-walk-tation blog regularly. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do and that they inspire you to take a daily walk, too!!
