December 2025

In Part One of the book, myths and misconceptions about grief are discussed.
You even get to complete a true or false quiz about grief myths.
The authors use various types of lists to distil the most important information in a way
that is easy to understand and apply in real life.
Some of the lists used include to-do lists, not-to-do lists, informational lists, bucket lists, lists completed by the authors, and lists to be completed by you, the reader.
If you enjoy writing lists (as I do), you'll love this book!
I've only just started reading this book to help me through the recent loss of my soulmate.
I highly recommend it!
