 if we let them.Â
I know mine do at times.
This quote reminds us not to slip in our thoughts.
As Wayne Dyer said, "we become what we think about".Â
Dyer emphasises that "harm" is not just physical;
it encompasses thoughts of judgment, worry, or unkindness directed toward oneself or others.Â
Every thought has an energy.
In the book Power vs Force, Hawkins discusses the energy of thoughts.
His Map of Consciousness (1â1000) is really interesting and intriguing. He talks about how thoughts that align with truth, love, and integrity are powerful, whilst thoughts rooted in fear, ego, and falsehood are weak.
 Our thoughts shape our nervous system, what we put our attention on, and the signals and vibes we send out to the world and others. So if we practice non-harmful, empowering thoughts towards ourselves and others, we not only become calmer and kinder, but people, animals, and the universe will respond with the same.

A reminder to be aware of your thoughts.
Watch them and understand that each thought carries its own energy,
which in turn may affect your mindset, spirit, and behaviour.
I like to pause when a tricky thought arises. This helps me catch the thought.
You can also write down the bothersome thought(s), not to analyse but to acknowledge
how it makes you feel and to release its hold.Â
I feel like awareness is the key to identifying thought patterns you wish to shift.
Those thoughts that are not inviting peace, love, and a sense of joy into your life.
